-Sharp Knife-Like Gate Design: Precision-machined stainless steel or alloy blade with a sharp edge, capable of cutting through viscous slurries, fibrous materials, and solid-laden media without clogging—eliminating the risk of valve jamming common in standard gate valves. The gate’s lifting motion also scrapes off media adhesion on the sealing surface, automatically cleaning debris for consistent performance.

-Anti-Clogging & Full-Port Design: Smooth, cavity-free valve body with no grooves on the sealing surface, preventing media deposition and ensuring flexible opening/closing. When fully open, the gate retracts completely, providing a full-port flow path with minimal pressure loss and turbulence.

-Reliable Sealing Performance: Available in soft sealing (EPDM/PTFE) for tight shutoff (zero leakage) in low-to-medium pressure applications and metal-to-metal hard sealing (stellite overlay optional) for high-temperature, abrasive media. Bi-directional sealing options are also available for versatile pipeline installation.
