Features
-Superior Sealing Performance: Adopts metal-to-metal hard sealing (STL overlay optional) on gate and seat faces, ensuring zero leakage under rated pressure and temperature. The sealing design is optimized for DIN standard requirements, with excellent wear and erosion resistance for frequent on/off operation in critical industrial systems.
-Strict Quality Testing: Every valve undergoes hydro-static pressure test (shell, seat, and stem packing) and air tightness test; optional NDT (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, penetrate testing) for forgings/castings ensures zero internal defects, meeting the strict quality control requirements of industrial applications.
