Forged steel bellow seal gate valve is is a high-performance industrial valve engineered for ultra-reliable on/off flow control, specifically designed to eliminate stem leakage—a critical challenge in handling hazardous, toxic, flammable, or valuable media.Crafted from premium forged steel with an integrated metal bellows seal, this valve combines the structural integrity of forged components (free from casting defects) with the zero-leakage advantage of bellows sealing technology. The metal bellows, welded to the valve bonnet and stem, forms a hermetic barrier between the process media and the atmosphere, preventing leakage even under high pressure, high temperature, and frequent operation.
