-Heavy-Duty Reinforced Structure: Thick-walled valve body (10-20% thicker than standard knife gate valves) with integral rib reinforcement, crafted from high-strength materials to withstand high pressure, impact, and mechanical stress from dense slurry. The heavy-duty design eliminates deformation and damage even in continuous, high-load operation, ensuring structural integrity in harsh industrial settings.

-Ultra-Wear-Resistant Knife Gate: Thickened, one-piece knife gate made of high-chromium alloy steel (12% Cr), wear-resistant stainless steel (316L), or ceramic-coated steel—with a hardened edge (HRC 60+) and polished surface. This design resists abrasion, erosion, and impact from solid particles in high-concentration slurry, extending gate service life by 3-5 times compared to standard valves.

-Specialized Slurry Sealing System: Equipped with replaceable, wear-resistant seats (ceramic, polyurethane, or EPDM) designed for slurry service—featuring a tight, bi-directional seal that prevents slurry leakage and minimizes seat wear. The seat’s flexible design accommodates minor gate misalignment and compensates for wear, ensuring long-term sealing performance.

-Anti-Clogging & Self-Cleaning Design: Cavity-free, full-port flow path with no dead spaces or grooves, preventing slurry deposition and clogging. The knife gate’s sharp edge and lifting motion scrape off adhered slurry during operation, achieving self-cleaning performance and ensuring smooth opening/closing even with high-viscosity, high-solid slurry.

-Adjustable secondary seal.
-No gate or stem packing is required,eliminating packing leakage and maintenance.
